What's the Priority Pass?+
An annual membership ($200/year) with one free league signup, twelve $10 monthly credits (shareable), 14-day advance booking, a shorter 24-hour cancellation window, and access to exclusive member events + early league registration.
How does the Free Player's Account work?+
Sign up free. Book courts at standard rates ($36/hr weekday before 5pm, $40/hr after 5pm + weekends). 7-day booking window. 72-hour cancellation policy (house credit, no refunds).
Can I cancel my membership?+
Yes. The Priority Pass runs for one year and renews annually. Contact us if you'd like to cancel before your renewal date.
Do credits expire?+
Monthly credits don't roll over — use them within the month they're issued.
Do memberships work at both locations?+
Yes — your Priority Pass works at Westminster and Aurora.
